In the digital age, NATO’s ability to adapt and reconfigure headquarters rapidly is central to maintaining deterrence and operational advantage across the continuum of competition. This roundtable will explore how digitally enabled C2 transformation allows NATO to remain agile, resilient, and connected when changing headquarters, particularly before Article 5 is invoked.

Participants will discuss how dynamic headquarters structures strengthen deterrence by ensuring seamless decision-making, interoperability, and readiness across and around the NATO Area of Responsibility.
