Dominic is a data scientist and technologist at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he leads teams developing applied AI and data systems for defense and critical infrastructure clients across Europe and Africa. He got his start studying Physics and Computer Science at Austin Peay State University in Tennessee. His early research involved launching high-altitude weather balloons to collect atmospheric data, which led to an internship at NASA’s Balloon Research and Development Lab on Wallops Island, Virginia.
Since then, Dominic has grown into roles that blend engineering, strategy, and technical leadership—helping organizations adopt AI in ways that are practical, ethical, and forward-looking. He is especially interested in how we can responsibly scale emerging technologies in government and mission-driven settings.
