Which assumptions behind our doctrine, structures and processes still hold, and which are already under strain?
NATO headquarters C2 rests on assumptions. Some are written into doctrine; others are built into how we work. Many were settled before AI-enabled decision support and cross-domain tempo. In this session, participants vote on a set of sourced statements, then work in small groups wherever the room is divided. Each group asks what would break first if the assumption failed, and what warning signs we would see. Interactive and discussion-led, drawing on points raised in Panel 1.
