Łukasz Bromirski is Chief Sales Officer and Chief Product Officer at IS‑Wireless. He owns product strategy and go‑to‑market for LiquidRAN, a European software‑defined 5G platform for defense, public‑safety and critical‑infrastructure networks that must keep working when contested, disconnected or under attack.
He brings nearly three decades of building and defending networks at Internet scale. At Cisco, he served as Technical Director (CTO) of Cisco Poland. As Regional Sales Manager he was responsible for over USD 100M in annual public‑sector, enterprise and service‑provider revenue, and as Business Unit Director he ran a portfolio exceeding USD 1.2B. He later led
product management for Cisco Secure Firewall hardware platforms, shaping silicon and system architecture. For 8 years, he also led Cisco’s ISP SWAT team, coordinating the defense of service‑provider networks under active attack worldwide in numerous engagements world-wide.
Łukasz holds double CCIE (Routing & Switching, Service Provider) and CCDE. He created the BGP Blackholing project and co‑founded PLNOG. He authored book chapters, whitepapers and presentations related to internet and system security, hardening and best practices. As a MANRS Training Fellow, he works to strengthen national Internet resilience.
