Samantha currently serves as Head of Digital Transformation, for NATO’s Allied Command Transformation based in Norfolk VA, USA, a role held since June 2025. In this capacity, she leads the organization's digital transformation agenda, encompassing the Alliance Digital Staff Environment (ADSE), digital literacy initiatives, the Digital
Transformation Network of Champions, and the Levels of Effort defined under the Digital Transformation Implementation Strategy (DTIS) V2.0.

Prior to this role, Samantha served in the NATO HQ Office of the Chief Information Officer as Head of Enterprise Portfolio Management, where she focused on ICT initiatives and drove coherence across the NATO Enterprise's technology investments and programs. Before joining NATO HQ, Samantha spent several years at the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA), holding a range of progressively senior roles: Liaison Officer to the Investment Committee, Program Manager for an Agency-wide reorganization, and Head of Portfolio Management for the C2 (Command and Control) business area.

Samantha's career began in the private sector, with extensive international experience in digital transformation across the finance industry in various countries such as UBS in Melbourne. She also worked in logistics at FedEx and later led global ICT standardization efforts for the International Baccalaureate. She is very experienced in managing international teams through the implementation of enterprise systems including Salesforce and Oracle R12 and setting up of new solutions in cloud and machine learning capacities.

On a personal note, Samantha has 3 children, and her partner is a US Navy Captain, with a profession of Information Warfare and Communications.
