Lieutenant Colonel Ralph Dekker is a Dutch Air Force Officer by trade. He started his career organizing and executing tactical-level exercises, deployments and training for the NLD Air Force. Following a tour at the Royal Military Academy in Breda, he joined the Joint Forces Command Brunssum as a J7 Training Officer, where he organized and executed major NATO exercises such as Brilliant Jump, Trident Javelin, and Trident Jupiter. Since 2019, Lieutenant Colonel Dekker has been working for the NATO C2 COE on various topics, including the development of the Multi Domain Operations demonstrator, MDO and C2 development within ACO, and as a member of the NATO Science and Technology Organization Research Task Group HFM 342 on C2 lifecycle governance.
Currently he holds a position as Senior Advisor NATO at NLD MOD, Directorate of Operational Readiness.
